Green & Clean Murray Hill!

A special thank you to Patrick Hill from Keith Powers' office, for his communications with The Murray Hill Neighborhood Association's Green & Clean committee, and his coordination with ACE (Association of Community Employment Programs for the Homeless) to get graffiti removed. Graffiti clean-up is part of green and clean Murray Hill, and these pictures show how reporting on graffiti has made a difference in our neighborhood.

If you see graffiti on mail boxes, posts, and buildings, please email us at greenandclean@murrayhillnyc.org, or call 311 and share your record of the call. The Green & Clean Committee continues to report on hard hit streets and avenues, garbage removal, dangerous construction sites, and tree replacement in Murray Hill.

Keeping Murray Hill clean is an on-going process and we appreciate the assistance from Keith Powers’ office, ACE workers and the volunteers that have adopted blocks and are keeping them litter free.

Please contact us at greenandclean@murrayhillnyc.org if you would like to participate in the Keep Murray Hill Clean & Green program clean-ups, mulching, bulb planting, tree upkeep and replacement program and reporting clean and green problems to 311.
