Description

Led by Rabbi Daniel Brenner (named by Newsweek Magazine as one of America's most influential rabbis).

The morning will include a full service as well as music by noted performers.

ABOUT THE PERFORMERS:

Jeremiah Lockwood, Musical Director, apprenticed with Piedmont Blues musician Carolina Slim, and studied chazzanus with his grandfather Cantor Jacob Konigberg. His band The Sway Machinery has performed at festivals around the world and he has recorded numerous records.

Shoko Nagai, Keyboardist, is a composer, pianist, accordionist and improviser and has performed with numerous artists worldwide.

John Bollinger, Drummer and videographer, is known in the New York scene as an explosive force. He has performed with noted artists and with the band The Sway Machinery.

Jewlia Eisenberg, Singer, is a musician and composer working at the intersection of voice, text and diaspora consciousness. She performs regularly in Europe and the Americas.
