The Quality of Life Committee is dedicated to preserving and fostering Murray Hill’s unique character through aggressively confronting and resolving issues that may diminish the neighborhood’s quality of life. The Committee has tracked through surveys the issues that are critical to our neighbors. As a result, the Committee has tackled traffic issues, which according to our information is the number one concern of area residents. The Committee has also tackled other issues of concern to residents such as the proliferation of telephone booths, magazine racks and garbage.
The Quality of Life Committee responds to complaints from members and Murray Hill residents and works with the various governmental bodies to resolve the issues.
