| Members and friends are invited to a kick-off party to open MHNA's 50th year on Valentine's Day at the festive El Rio Grande Restaurant at 38th Street and Third Avenue from 4 to 6 p.m. $30 admission includes unlimited margaritas, sangria, wine and tapas.
