In an evening of conversation, meditation and stories, psychotherapist and coach, Karol Ward, LCSW will share her psychological insight on how you can take care of yourself during this time of poignancy and celebration.
About the speaker:
Karol delivers keynotes and conducts workshops across the United States in the areas of inner confidence, body-mind awareness and authentic communication. She has appeared as psychological, confidence, and communication expert on CNN, The Wall Street Journal Live, NBC and ABC News along with numerous radio programs. Karol is regularly featured in the Wall Street Journal and has contributed to such media outlets as Oprah.com, Spirituality & Health, Cosmopolitan, Yoga Journal, The New York Daily News, The Independent and Women's Day among others.
She is the author of "Worried Sick: Break Free from Chronic Worry to Achieve Mental and Physical Health" and "Find Your Inner Voice: Using Instinct and Intuition Through the Body-Mind Connection."
She resides in New York City with her husband Michael and their dog Jordy.
