Join confidence expert, trained therapist and coach, Karol Ward for a talk on runaway thinking. Sharing stories, practical exercises and relaxation techniques, Karol will discuss what triggers runaway thinking and how you can shift your thoughts to feel more in charge.

Karol delivers presentations across the United States in the areas of inner confidence, psychological awareness and authentic communication. She has appeared as psychological, confidence, and communication expert on CNN, The Wall Street Journal Live, NBC and ABC News along with numerous radio programs. Karol is regularly featured in the Wall Street Journal and has contributed to such media outlets as Oprah.com, Spirituality & Health, Cosmopolitan, The New York Daily News, The Independent and Women's Day among others.
